Impressive hotel reception, clean and spacious room, modern decor, excellent breakfast buffet, perfect location close to shopping and dining, walking distance to bread shops and city museum.

Good base for exploring Kunming. Our room was big and we had sunny balcony. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. Its greatest strengths are its central location, close to shopping areas, and the pedestrian zone. The cleanliness of the room was also remarkable. Moreover, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was helpful.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a variety of dishes to choose from. The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and shopping areas, making it easy for us to explore the city.

the amenities provided in my room were exclusive and truly luxurious. the prime location of this hotel provided easy access to the subway station and shopping malls. the restaurant served delectable dishes, and the bar/lounge area was a perfect place to unwind.

Minor Complaint on Service the service provided by the hotel staff was overall impressive, responsive and accommodating. a minor issue I faced was the language barrier;

the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the train station and conveniently situated near the city center. the room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. the service we received from the friendly staff was top-notch, and the buffet breakfast was great. We also loved the beautiful view from our window and the facilities offered.

The elevator service could be a little slow during the peak hours.

The hotel is located in a strategic location near the city center and surrounded by many shops and attractions. the staff is attentive and friendly, always willing to help with any request. the complimentary breakfast offers a variety of options and the in-house restaurant serves delicious food, especially the local dish.

The rooms are a bit dated and could use some renovations, especially the bathrooms, which are not up to a 5-star standard. the lack of a valet service is disappointing given the level of the hotel.
